  • Sometimes I just need to stop and look around.  Stop to notice the little things, like the color someone painted their toe nails...the way our neighbor's pool ripples in the cool breeze...I should count the petals of a berry tree blossom...when I notice the smile's on people's faces...the way the sun reflects off their sunglasses I begin to realize...you know.  This life isn't so bad after all.  When I start to feel like I don't matter and no on really cares...I guess I should start thinking about the flower petals.  If every petal wondered what it's purpose was, thought that no one would notice whether it bloomed or not, and decided not to bloom, our world would be without so much color and beauty and fragrence.  But it's the same with people.  When we see other's talents, good looks and personalities, we decide not to let our own person shine because it might not be as attractive as they are. I'm not going to be like htat.  I'm going to be a blooming petal.  And whether I'm orange or purple or pink or red...I'm going to be exactly who I was created to be.  Because no one else can bloom like me.  And no one else can bloom like you.

  • Precious Cindy has been wrapped safe in the arms of Jesus since 10:30 this morning.  The LORD decided it was time to take her out of pain and He wanted her home to stay.  Praise Jesus.

My mom's results came back clear.  Not a trace of cancer to be found.  Praise Jesus.

Our prayers have all been answered. I finally arrived.
The healing that had been delayed has now been realized.
No one's in a hurry. There's no schedule to keep.
We're all enjoying Jesus, just sitting at His feet.
Chorus: If you could see me now, I'm walking streets of gold.
If you could see me now, I'm standing strong and whole.
If you could see me now, you'd know I've seen His face.
If you could see me now, you'd know the pain is erased.
You wouldn't want me to ever leave this place,
If you could only see me now.
My light and temporary trials have worked out for my good,
To know it brought Him glory when I misunderstood.
Though we've had our sorrows, they can never compare.
What Jesus has in store for us, no language can share. (Chorus twice)
You wouldn't want me to ever leave this perfect place
If you could only see me now
If you could see me now
If you could only see me now
